From the provider perspectives, the quality of care can be delivered when the administration ensure that professionals are not overburdened and that the resources for care program are adequate. This also include the perspectives of healthcare leaders, which suggests that professionals must have adequate competency and qualification which in turn can ensure safety of the community members (Scott, 2017).
From the patient perspectives, quality care ensure that there is minimum wait time and the necessary concerns were addressed by professionals.
