    With the rapid social, cultural and technical evolutions taking place across the globe, research has become an integral part of our lives in order to understand the influences and impacts of these reforms. The reason why knowledge of research method is valuable as a consumer of research is that research methods helps the researchers determine the direction of their research and align the information gained from several secondary literary sources with their area of interest (Patten & Newhart, 2017). Research methods are important for consumers of research as they help to gain an idea, models and instruments about a particular research product or secondary source. With this information, it becomes easy for the consumers to analyse and then decide whether a particular research product is suitable for their research and it aligns with the research topic or not.
