A company which has centralization of all communication processes and power along with
accountabil
ity is marked by great and very efficient though autocratic leadership. The advantages
that accrue to those form of organization is that, since the chain of command is clear there is
very little conflict and resistance to change is never allowed. A decentralized organization of the
other hand is participative and allows for communication to be top down and bottom up. The
leadership is participative and delegation of authority is seen. The organizational structure is flat
and hence responsibility is acceded by managers down the ladder. People are empowered and
this makes organization work very effective. Leadership motivates and allows for reward and
recognition. This type of organization which is decentralized has proved the way for innovation
and creativity.

segment was typically divided into various cars and trucks like Chevrolet, Sheridan, Oakland,
