•    Now that you have completed steps 1-5 of the EBP Process, it's time to disseminate your findings to make changes in practice. Prepare a written plan that addresses the following: (40 points per bulleted item)
o    What your proposed topic is and what is its importance in nursing.
o    What does the research say about this topic (refer to your annotated bibliography assignment).
o     How you plan to disseminate your work in your organization.

o    Include your timeline for dissemination and any possible costs associated with the process.
•    Be as creative as possible in how you would actually disseminate this information (poster presentation, journal article submission, community presentation, etc).

•    Paper length a minimum of 750 words minimum.

•    APA format must be used. No abstract is required. (Title page and reference page needed) (20 points)
