Remember that rhetoric means persuasive speech. In LL, we discussed appealing to both friendly and hostile audiences and addressing reader concerns and counterclaims. >>STEP 4: Find at least FOUR passages from the “I have a Dream” speech that demonstrates when MLK uses specific stylistic elements to make his rhetoric effective.
