Examples of factors contributing to the conflict:
1. The CEO of JM&P Health Communications Victor Armstrong ignoring and avoiding the struggling company who is facing a huge economic problem of the company and how it could affect the organization.
2. The complex issue in the customer service and the technology in the JM&P Health Communications as the company needs the new technology to connect to the customers to be efficient but the CEO of the company turned around to these issues (Caputo, Marzi, Pellegrini & Rialti, 2018).
3. The CEO of the JM&P Health Communications also refuses to use email to communicate to the employees who worked virtually and lived all over the world. The top-level management was the main contributor. The top-level management not taking the employees into consideration was the main problem. The conflict management style used here was avoiding, which also helped the problem escalate, as the long-standing issues were not addressed.
Contributing communication techniques:
1. To have regular employees meeting to understand the issues or any problems faced by them and providing necessary solutions as well as listen and acknowledge the creative ideas, suggested by the employees so that the workforce have the motivation and trust towards the organization. The ignoring and avoiding technique was used in this case.
2. Reorganizing and optimizing the resource of the company like enhancing the technologies for the free flow of communication within the organization, which provides the employees an ease of accessing and availing the positive environment in the business (McKibben, 2017).
3. The CEO and the top level magnet were not sympathetic towards the employees which resulted in huge miscommunication and their ideas and inputs were not valued in the company which again resulted in low level of motivation among the employees
Potential impacts related to corporate culture:
1. The regular meeting in the JM&P Health Communications can help employees to state an issue regarding the current scenario of work and listening to the issue and preventing it by possible factors provide a stable organization.
2. Providing necessary technologies will also help the JM&P Health Communications to establish free flow of communication within the organization and to the customers to provide them accurate services (Lewis, Heathershaw & Megoran, 2018).
3. The proper initiative taken by the CEO will also provide the employees trust and motivation to more efficiently in the company.
