Using chain rule, we get;
f’(x) = 1/(x2+x+1)*(2x+1) = (2x+1)/(x2+x+1)

So, (2x+1) = 0
 2x = -1
 x = -1/2
f’’(x) = 2/(x2 + x + 1) - (2x + 1)2/(x2 + x + 1)2
f’’(-1/2) = 2.667
