Develop resourcing, risk and leadership/managing plans as part of project managing this 3-day music festival in country Victoria. In doing so, consider the complexities associated with managing a music festival with crowd size of 8,000-12,000. You may use an adaptation of relevant LMS templates, but more importantly you will have to draw on theory covered in Week 3 (risk), Week 6 (resourcing) and Week 10 (leading/managing). Remember that project managers need to consider the amount of resources available and the decision maker’s risk tolerance in addition to scope, time, quality and cost as typical project constraints.
