1.0 Nominate a hospitality business, which will form the basis for this assessment project.
Introduce the venue. List the characteristics of the selected venue in bullet format, addressing aspects such as location (business address), guest capacity, service style, cuisine/meal experience, atmosphere, design, customer expectations, etc. You should also include images of the venue and facilities.

2.0 Identify the designated area of legislation and list all the policies that may need to be developed and implemented by the selected business to ensure compliance with the designated area of legislation.

I nominate the best suitable hospitality business is Hotels which will form the basis for this assessment project. This Radisson Blu Hotel (Picture attached below) is a location where genuine travellers can receive food or shelter if they are in a position to pay for it and are in a fit condition to receive it.' As a result, a hotel must provide food (and beverage) and accommodation to a paying guest, but the hotel has the authority to refuse if the guest is not presentable (either inebriated, unruly, or unkempt) or is unable to pay for the services. There are list of some features provided by the said Hotel:
i. Location: The said hotel can also be considered desirable according to its location as it is near to the Australian Airport. It should be conveniently located and it should allow you to perform your errands without having to waste too much time, effort or money.
ii. Guest Capacity: This Hotel a Guest Capacity of around 3,000 people. They also have largest ballroom, indoor banquet, outdoor banquet, meet and feed, guest rooms, suites, golf, beach etc.
iii. Customer expectation: This Hotel is all about people and service provision and it puts its customer’s needs first. This Hotel provides personalized services to Guests which is an basic requirement of every hour. When customers find such hotels, they will return again and again since they will never forget their experience at that particular hotel.
iv. Clean: This is the most vital characteristic that any hotel should possess. This Hotel never forget to crustal clear cleaning in the Hotel premises and all the rooms in the hotel would be clean. This includes the public rooms, the washrooms, restaurant, and the staircase.
v. Meal experience: This hotel offers a wide range of cuisines from renowned chefs such as Italian, Chinese, Thai, and Indian. Fine dining, a grab-and-go store, casual or pub-style dining, and/or a premium coffee shop are also available.
