Develop a summary community health profile of a community living in a local authority area in England using a range of secondary (desktop) data sources. Discuss what the profile suggests the key health needs of the population are and what determinants of health are influencing people’s health (negatively and where relevant positively). This could be the local authority area where you live, or another local authority area, in England. Then summarise, analyse and discuss the community health needs of this community using the area’s Joint Strategic Needs Assessment as the main source of information. You CANNOT use Hounslow as your community and local authority as this is used as a case study in the module learning sessions. please make sure you use the two public heath england profiles (most recent long one and most recent short one) to base the assignment on. All the information should be obtained from these two documents. I have chosen Redbridge council for my assignment.
