• Dark chocolate, 50–55% cocoa: $7.25 per lb ($16 per kg)
• Dark couverture chocolate, 70–75% cocoa: $9.10 per lb ($20 per kg)
• Dark confectionery coating, premium quality: $5.25 per lb ($11.55/kg)
