Rationale
This report allows students to demonstrate the application and use of some of the theoretical concepts of the unit that are reviewed and discussed. The aim is to encourage students to demonstrate their knowledge, understanding and application of specific subject areas and models which have been introduced. A key aspect will be how both the student and organisation exist and contribute within the global context.

Your report must identify three notable hospitality and tourism business leaders and undertake a critique of their leadership or management style. Your critique should encompass a wide range of identifiable impacts such as organisational growth, success/failure or change, explicit aspects of organisational culture or influence outside the industry. A mandatory requirement is to analyse the influence and impact of the global environment. Evidence, underpinning and supportive materials should be evident throughout.
