Details of task: To complete this assessment, students are required to do critical reading and write a summary on an assigned paper entitled "In vitro starch digestibility and in vivo glycemic response to foxtail millet and its products" available in Moodle. The written summary should include 1) main purpose of the paper, 2) three findings of the work, 3) limitation and drawbacks in research methods, interpretation of results and other aspects of the work and 4) relate the results of this paper to a subject not included in the paper. Word limit: 1500 words; excluding references Reference requirement: At least THREE primary literature sources are used and cited Value: 100 marks (10% of unit grade)
