Despite treatment this patient’s disease progresses. He develops joint deformities and has increasing difficulties at work secondary to limited range of motion and pain. X-rays are done and reveal: A. Global demineralization of the ulnar and radius B. Increased bony cortex, with increased bone density C. Joint space narrowing, osteophytes, and dense subchondral bone D. Calcification of the anterior and lateral spinal ligaments with squaring and demineralization of the vertebral bodies E. Multiple lytic lesions F. Joint space narrowing and erosions
