For every success I had in my life, I also had some failures A. When I was a freshman in High School, I tried out for the lacrosse team. I had just picked up a stick only a month prior. Of course, to my surprise, I did not make the team. My parents comforted me as I fought back tears, but they also told me that just because I didn’t make it this year doesn’t mean I couldn't next year. Through my parent's encouragement, I practiced and made the team the following year. B. My parents always rewarded me for my successes 1. My parents are my biggest fans. They were just as proud of me when I made my own Jackson Pollock macaroni art, as they were when I earned my Eagle Scout.
