Describe your personal exercise habits. How much exercise do you get in the course of your daily activities? Would you agree that everyone needs to be physically active on a regular basis? If you have a personalized exercise program, describe it in a paragraph or two. Identify your biggest health hazard. Are you guilty of one of the common health hazards, such as overeating, poor nutrition, smoking, drinking, or drug abuse? If so, what are you doing about it? Try eliminating this hazard for five consecutive days and see if you feel better about yourself and your health. Better yet, try to eliminate it over the long term.
