How do charismatic leaders gain interpersonal power? In what ways can they abuse this power? Consider the four primary sources of personal power—expertise, effort, attractiveness, and legitimacy. Is one aspect more important than another? Consider leaders that you respect. Which aspect of power was most appealing to you?
