Describe the factors that influence reputation. Then, define risk and describe what makes up sustainability risks. What risks has your organization taken lately? How did those risks affect the organization’s reputation? If you do not belong to an organization, select a company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and answer this question based on that organization.

Factors Influencing Reputation
The reputation of an organization is a subject of how the company conducts its business activities, what policies it abides by and what strategies it takes to gain profitability. These aspects can be categorized into four factors that influence reputation— business rationale, corporate social responsibility (CSR), governance of strategy by intelligence and accountability of business actions. According to Raithel and Schwaiger (2015), the reason, with which an organization conducts its business, largely governs the reputation it would create for itself in the society. If they take positive actions and conduct all business-related operations ethically, they are looked up to by entrepreneurs.
CSR earns the organization not only a positive value but also competitive advantage in the market. As informed by Dai, Viken, Joo and Bente (2018), green activities, such as using organic raw materials in food industry, reducing pollution and carrying sustainable use of resources for the future generation are all contributors of positive organizational reputation.
