Describe how process and impact evaluation could be used in the following stress management education program for college students. The program consists of three one-hour sessions, with the first session administering an assessment of stress level, presentation of facts about stress, and discussion of stressors and stress signals in each participant's life. The second session covers stress management techniques including mindfulness; sleep, diet and exercise; time management; and cognitive restructuring. The final session involves developing a stress management plan, selecting a stress management buddy, and selecting ways to track implementing stress management techniques.
