Business managers have to implement effective policies and strategies for attaining the goals and objectives. While analyzing the operations of different international business organizations, we can understand that they devise productive strategic plans that are suitable for
the company. In this report, we are analyzing the strategic capability, formation and implementation of the company Jeep. Automobile companies are facing different problems, from the procurement of the raw materials onwards the managers of the automobile companies have to vigilant and they have to develop productive strategies and plans. It hard for the companies to exist in the market for long periods, most of the companies are introducing new changes and methods to meet the competition productively. While analysing the history of the Jeep we can able to understand that, it is time for the company to rethink their existing strategies in which it can be modified in a productive way for ensuring the super nominal profit for the company from every activity. With regards to the business functions of the company, we can able to find that, marketing department plays a very significant role with respect brand promotion and advertisements and other related aspects. Most of the marketing activities of the company focused on the brand promotion of the company in which they can able to create loyal customers for the company. For attracting new customers and for retaining the existing customers the company has to implement the new strategy. 
1.0 Introduction
Jeep is called an American based Automobile company and the brand is belonging to Stellantis North America. The company started its operation in the year of 1943. The headquarters of the company is situated in Toledo, Ohio, U.S. The company have operations in different parts of the world and the company give more importance to customer satisfaction and innovation. Christian Meunier is the current president of the Jeep brand and according to him, the company is providing value-based services to the customers. The company currently produces five models and the company mainly concentrated on the Asian market for increasing their profit margin. The company is also giving more importance to the logistics process, in which the company have tie-ups with manufacturers in other countries for building and assembling the different parts of the vehicle (Unver et al 2020,p.10). In the year 2015, the company made a $280 million investment in India and the company is also planning to start manufacturing units in other countries for reducing the cost. The company have an assembly Complex in Toledo, Ohio and more than 6500 employees working in the assembly complex.
     For the last few years, the company is facing problem-related to product recalls. Product recalls always affect the reputation of the company still, the company also facing problem-related to product recalls and other issues. Now we can analyze the various ways for managing the current issues faced by the company.

While analyzing the current issues and problems we can understand that the company is facing different internal and external problems and for managing these problems the top executives have to implement productive strategies and plans. The company can implement;
Mistake Proofing and Developing a Culture of Quality Improvement
Customers are searching for best quality products at less price, it is the responsibility of the company to provide best quality products and services to the customers. If we are providing best quality products and services it helps for satisfying the needs and interest of the customers. For improving the quality, we have to adopt different strategies and methods. (Johnston et al 2020, p.247). In addition, high quality in the operations, which results in quality products and services will bring back the customer. With the help of mistake-proofing and by developing the culture of quality improvement we can able to manage the current issues faced by the organization.
