Risks are uncertain events that have positive or negative effects on the project. When a risk occurs it becomes an issue and action, based on the Risk Management plan, must be taken to resolve it. The Risk Management Plan proactively documents the possible risks of a project, so that if they occur the team has a strategy to deal with the issue. Deliverable: * Submit a risk register identifying at least eight (8) different risks. * Each risk shall include only one risk response from the eight possible negative or positive responses. * All eight possible risk responses shall be represented in the risk register.
