The Bankruptcy
    Bankruptcy is interpreted as one of the major segments of financial world; it is the declaration of inability to pay outstanding debts over a company or any individual. In fact, bankruptcy demands for the actions taken legally with regard to address the concerns of the investors and stakeholders who have put their hard earned money in the pubic company and if it goes bankrupt, their money is on the verge of being lost in the market. Bankrupt public companies are at times supported on behalf of the government who analyses the whole case of bankruptcy and then, it determines the state of actions which are to be taken in order to address the grievances of the company at financial level. Same procedures apply when individuals go bankrupt.
