Dear Expert, This is a reflection assignment where I have to reflect on my placement. I have been allocated at one of aged care facility. The most Clinical Nursing skills that I have performed at this place were Vital signs, BGL’s, ADL’S, Oral medications, Eye and Ear drops, Neurological and pain assessment, Wound assessment and dressing.
