The caller on the other line was identified as Ebony Boyda, she<br>claimed to be a neighbor of the victims.<br>Cabucgayan Police Station Unit 209 (Officer w. Prisno) was dispatched to the reported<br>scene at 9:28 p.m. Unfortunately, the bodies were already brought to the nearest district<br>hospital for medical intervention. R/0 secured first the scene and requested for backup<br>to proceed to the hospital.<br>R/0 recorded the following environment conditions at the reported scene: Weather: Exterior<br>Ambient Temperature: 28°C, Relative Humidity: 83%.<br>R/0 Prisno explicitly made this verbal report in nonverbatim summary:<br>R/0 arrived at the scene and was met by Ebony Boyda who identified herself as the<br>caller who reported. A strong smell of rotten egg emanated from the water inside the bangâ<br>when it was opened. R/0 immediately closed the container.<br>R/0's attention got caught by a silver in the corner of the water basin. Upon<br>inspection R/0 realized that they were empty blister packs of a generic Paracetamol.<br>After hearing all the information reported by R/0 Prisno, Reporting Investigator (R/I)<br>Officer S. Randa hurried to the hospital and arrived at around 10:16 p.m. and inquired<br>with the medical staff if indeed two unconscious bodies were rushed on the same night.<br>The medical staff confirmed the report and supplied information, that the two individuals<br>were identified as Rebreb and Princess Salazar, married with no children. And that the<br>two were in stable condition already albeit the cause of their medical emergency still<br>unknown.<br>When R/I visually inspected the victims, both were still unconscious but seemed to be<br>sleeping peacefully in their respective hospital beds. R/I left the hospital at around<br>1:59 a.m. and instructed the medical staff to give the station a call once either of the<br>victims regains consciousness.<br>The medical staff called the station at 6:02 a.m. to inform the R/0 that their<br>epidemiologist suspects that a parasitic protist may have had caused the two victims to<br>almost lose their lives.
