II) Is it possible to make amendments in this plan? When and why?
Change is the only constant whether in the personal sphere or in business environment. With all these changing processes, the organisation may become an expert to manage those changes effectively. But sometimes it fails to meet the expectations due to employee resistance, miscommunication or inadequate preparation.
An unorganized projected change can result in disastrous results. This may cause inefficiencies, loss of business opportunities as well (Kianto et al., 2017, p. 15). Organisations those who can manage change effectively may gain an advantage over the prevalent competitions. That can lead to the greater success of the organisation.
Companies who want to adopt a successful organisational change must follow some effective, systematic and proactive approaches. Such as- overcoming employee resistance, engaged employees, implementation of the changes in phases, communicating the strategies of change among the employees.
The business environment is a constant evolving phenomenon. The HR personnel stands at the frontline to implement the changes within the organisation. One of the most important responsibilities of the HR personnel is to define responsibilities and roles of the employees. Amendments in the plans are needed during economic instability, new technology or new trends in consumer behaviour etc. In this situation reorganizing the roles and responsibilities of the employees the organisation can handle the required changes.
Amendments in plans can cause stress among members. So the change management needs consistent communication among the employees to describe the benefits of the changes within the organisation (Mousa and Othman, 2020, p. 118595).
An organisational change is an evolving process. It is always best to implement the changes slowly over time. So that the results can be monitored properly and after plans can be done.
Business environment and opportunities are continuously variable. In this scenario it is very important to be updated accordingly. It is needed to continue the training and development process among the employees to maintain the efficiency of the organisation. When technology becomes a game changer for the Human resources, then performance management becomes an important arena (Saeed et al., 2019, p. 425). HR personnel need to track the skills, performances and other issues of the employees.

IV ) State the purpose of HR Management Plan.
Human resource management plan is necessary to ensure the requirements beforehand. If the organisation has a clear idea about the requirements of the quality and quantity of the human resource personnel, it becomes easy to maintain the balance between customer demands and supplies (Zaid et al., 2018 ,p. 965).

HR planning helps to manage the changes required in the business environment such as prevalent competitions, new technologies, a proper regulatory framework and so on in an effective way.
The accomplishment of the Human resource management plan can be achieved through the usage of people, processes and new technologies that focus on the internal parts of the organisation rather than external parts (Tang et al., 2018, p. 32).
HR management mainly focuses on the internal resources to achieve the competitive advantage. It considers people as the most important and reliable assets of the organisation. HR management concentrates on the relationship of the people to enhance the performance of the organisation. HR professionals emphasize on the aspects of quantity, strategy to manage the human resource in a strategic manner. It also manages leadership roles such as communication and motivation among the people.
The purposes of HR planning are: 1. To provide accurate information, 2. To utilize Human resources effectively, 3. To ensure economic development, 4. To determine the manpower gaps, 5. Forecasting Human resources requirements, 6. To enable an effective change management, 7. To analyse present workforce, 8. Understanding the organisational goals.
