    Primary objective of this care plan is to focus on the children's requirement and take into consideration their overall health. This family in particular requires proper counseling, health and wellness training since family has gone through many traumatic incidents in the past. Majority of people in the family have also suffered through the physical abuse and went through mental depression. Especially, Kolomalu who was brutally beaten by his elder brother had not only harmed Kolomalu at a physical level but also on a massive emotional level. Anamalia isn’t working anywhere and currently unemployed therefore it implies he couldn’t provide well for his family. Even offering a balanced food on the table for the family was a challenge for Anamalia. Furthermore, Eloni will particularly get counseling for substance abuse. There are numerous referrals as well as interventions that are implemented in the place that can address this special need of children and offer them assistance.
