A global business consultant once defined culture in international business as
"Culture is how we do things here"...
This definition sets the tone for what is perhaps one of the most challenging tasks for global managers today: how to lead and manage cultural differences while operating abroad effectively. In particular, international business practices related to child labor, human resources management policies, and ethical standards can vary from one country to another.
For this assignment, you need to analyze and provide solutions for a real-world case involving a U.S. multinational doing Business in Pakistan.

Assume that you are an International Business Consultant, so I’d like you to answer the following questions:
1- What would you advise the management team of this U.S. multinational to do about the situation in Pakistan?
2- Should this U.S. multinational adapt to how the labor culture is in Pakistan? or should the company enforce American labor standards upon a different culture? - Explain why or why not
3- What are the global standards for child labor?
4- What solutions do you recommend for the workers, plant managers, and children in Pakistan?

- Include headings and topic sentences
- All assertions, claims, and facts in this assignment must have citations and references
- Use APA format
- Write in 3rd person. 3rd person is more objective
- Don't write the paper in 1st person ( I think, I advise)
