Organisational Structure
Bethany Community Support Inc. is an independent, non-profit agency offering hi
gh-quality support services to women, men, children and families who live in the Victoria Barwon and South West regions. The versatile and sensitive intake service of the organisation recognises the complexities of the Bethany community as the needs of service users and links them from a wide variety of programmes to the most suitable service or services, including Child and family support services and entire-of-family.
Family Abuse Services, Impairment Support Services (NDIS provider), Financial Therapy and Support, Gambler Assistance, Accommodation and Emergency services and support. The staffs based in three locations: Geelong West; Hamlyn Heights (the head office location) and Warrnambool. They also have a number of employees employed in co-located spaces in the city, including in schools and other community centres and they have household support staff (Bethany Community Services, 2020).
Bethany's area of coverage extends from Melbourne's western suburbs to the border of Victoria / South Australia. The organisation structure has four areas. Firstly, the Governing Body is the board of association, which offers strategic guidance and oversight. Second is the executive who, manage and lead planning and legislative creation, organisation culture, service design, reform and compliance with the law and legislative and regulatory requirements. Third is the Management, who organises and meets organisation's strategic criteria. Fourth is the case management who are responsible for organising and intensively handling cases for people with specific needs, providing assistance through local responsive and comprehensive service delivery.
Another essential part of the structure is to provide guidelines for the Bethany Community Services to work by, that most of these rules may be mentioned explicitly, while others may be implied and understated, though not generally any less strong. It includes distribution of work. The distribution may be formal or informal, temporary or permanent, but Bethany Community Group will have some kind of labour division. There are four main activities for Bethany Group that assists those working to facilitate change, neighbourhood transformation, anticipation of desired changes and integration planning.
The category is different and therefore - may have slightly different terminology for the positions that individuals perform in their organisation, but there are some popular methods, along with descriptions and their usual functions. The group of people that get things started is an initial steering committee. A Coordinating Council (also known as a Steering Committee, Management Committee and Executive Council), modifies broad priorities and objectives around the organisation in response to input from individuals or committees (Bethany Community Support Inc., 2020).
Communication Path
Having the word out about the community service – its objectives, programmes and behaviours – is vital to ensuring that the public understands what the community service agency is doing, what they believe in and what they are working for. As mentioned by Chen and Zhang (2020), an effective communications plan is crucial in getting those messages "out there." The communication strategy lists the principles as its basis: The first priority is for those affected by any disaster, Spontaneous voluntary work is beneficial and helps to rebuild the environment. Spontaneous volunteers can be controlled efficiently through intelligent means of communication.
Coordinated communications at all levels should be decided preliminary. Public messages should be reliable whatever their source. There would never be a general appeal for voluntary spontaneity. Will there be an if possible call for spontaneous help with unique skill sets. There will be ideas for alternatives to spontaneous volunteering According to these rules, if there are no prospects (example keeping a fundraiser and money donation). Bethany Community Services create greater ties with their volunteers and increase the probability of continuing by improving the...
