Introduction

Polish and the United States have been partners’ in business for quite some time. They have been known to cope well despite their cultural differences. Most of the expatriates in most countries are as a result of employment factors. The polish prefers to work with United States because they feel that there is job security since the companies there are not prone to bankruptcy. In addition they feel that Americans are honest in business and hardworking therefore they strongly hold that their skills they garner from working in United States will be useful to them some day back in Poland. On the other hand, the Americans have been comfortable working with the Poland’s since they are hardworking and cooperative. The blend of the views of both parties to each other has facilitated the good and healthy working relationships. However, this is not minus cultural occasional cultural conflicts.
