Critics have often claimed that not-for-profit organisations providing social services [food, clothing, etc.] actually perpetuate the problem[s] by providing "easy" access to food, clothing, etc. Often the claim is that those organisations remove any motivation of the target population to work and be self-supporting. Do you agree with that assessment? Why or why not?
