Criteria: You will be assessed on your ability to:analyse the representation of human experiences in your chosen textinvestigate how a composer’s use of textual structures, language and stylistic features are crafted for particular purposes, audiences and effectseffectively combine the oral and visual elements of your presentationYou are to create a presentation that uses BOTH visual and speaking modes to explore the following statement in relation to BOTH your CORE text and ONE related text (either visual, spoken or written) of your own choosing. You MAY use a text studied in Year 11, except for your multimodal text (i.e. you cannot use Searching). You need to discuss the following statement:Significant texts invite the responder to see the world, and their experiences, differently.Your presentation should be no more than 3 minutes 30 seconds in length (when you will be asked to sit down). The entire presentation must be submitted to Canvas by the end of Period 2, Monday 7 December. The speaking element of your task can either be pre-recorded OR you can present it ‘live’ to the group with your visuals. If you pre-record it MUST be your own voice AND you must ensure that it is audible and clear. You must upload a transcript of your speech to Canvas along with your presentation.
