    As a graduate registered nurse, I have explored and further developed my problem-solving skills and abilities. This skill is essentially important to make effective and efficient clinical decisions. One of the instances during my clinical placement, where I have exhibited by problem solving skills is when I was placed in a general medical ward. A patient was admitted to the ward wit the signs of sepsis. Initially the vitals were normal, but suddenly the vitals of the patient were not normal as the patient had high heart rate, sudden spikes in the temperature, and breathing distress....
