With reference to “The Developmental Theory” (Erikson E., 2019) of psychosocial development, there is growth in each stage and as person develops by going through these stages there is increase in complexity. Th
erefore, personality is developed in each stage and amplifies as the stage progresses
Stage1 – Early Childhood Stage
    Physical
    Cognitive
    Social
    Emotional
    Newborn – They have uncoordinated, random movements and highly depend on reflexes
    They repeat their movements to master them that triggers brain cell development
    Baby calms in company of parents, they find it safe and comfortable
    In First year, baby learns to trust in self, parents/ caretakers and environment
    3 to 5 Months, babies are able to use their arms and track familiar adult faces
    They make sounds and are curious to know more about the environment
    They are more responsive to stimuli of environment, facial expression
    
    6 to 12 Months, babies are able to roll-over, have a poweful grasp, reach for the objects, transfer objects from hand to hand, plays with feet. Push their head and torso off the floor
    Trial and error of solving problems, Babies are able to babble and imitate sounds.
Brains starts to think symbolically
    They are very interactive socially, plays games and encourages others to play with them
    
    1to2 Years, Toddlers are able to walk and develop more complex motor skills. Learns to climb up & down of stairs
    Learns from the imitation, understands the object and its use.
Use 2 word phrases and comprehends sequences of toys.
Learn to solve puzzels together and wants to draw attentions towards him
    They play and imitate what they see around
    Mastery of body such that it can get other’s involved to take care of them
    2 to 3 Years, More complex motor actions
    
    
    Sense of pride whent they are “good” and sense of “ashame” when they are bad. They are emotionally attached to objects especially toys
