INTRODUCTION
The educational standards are the Student centric foundation principles designed to achieve success in their job (Schultz, 2017).
These standards also represents the teachers support for the student growth.
Educational leadership standards were designed to adopt the future challenges (Thomas & Knezek, 2008).
The standards as ‘model’ helps for the effective communication between various institution, policy makers, public and educational leaders to adapt to the circumstances to achieve their success (Bolden et.al., 2003).
