623 conflict resolution
This project is about applying the knowledge you gained so far on the CPSJ program in your community to foster community cohesion
, social inclusion, and social equality
. You will identify a social problem/conflict in your community and plan a project to reduce conflict in the community and affect durable solutions (as far as this is possible). Examples can be gang exit strategies, raising awareness about rape or domestic violence, surveying new social phenomena, and so on.
This project is inspired by the restorative justice paradigm. It teaches participants the significance of having a tolerant attitude and the importance of reconciliation and reparation. For example, conflict resolution clubs have the potential to become a first step to reparation (outside the Criminal Justice System); or incorporated to judicial settlements (soft power).
Conflict resolution
My project will be about making private schools resources accessible to public schools i.e. the learning curriculum, food resources and extracurricular activities making sure there is no divide and fair chance for all kids. This can only happen for them if they have the best education
as
it will give everyone a fair chance at succeeding
and getting better opportunities

Your analysis must demonstrate conflict sensitivity. You must demonstrate that you:
•
Understand
the context
in which you operate
•
Understand
the interaction between
your
intervention and
the context
•
Act
upon the unders
tanding of this interaction,
to avoid negative impacts and maximise
positive
impacts.
After carefully designing and summarizing all the work done, develop a proposal of your project and explain why and how you think your project can benefit the community
