On completion of this course, students will:
1.    Understand the nature and scope of qualitative research as it applies to health;
2.    Understand the theoretical foundations of some of the traditions of qualitative inquiry;
3.    Understand qualitative research design and select appropriate methods of data collection and analysis

4.    Understand issues of rigour in qualitative research;
5.    Have a gained experience in analysing qualitative data
