Introduction
The world has advanced and civilizations had traveled a long way. However, notions and prejudices in the society have still not yet overcome. The society has always been diverse. This aspect of diversity has time and again excluded a minority group in the society. Recent developments and education in calculated rational thoughts and perpetually eliminated those existing prejudices amongst certain section in the society. Human history has witnessed the facts of discrimination in every domain of the society. The society has always overlooked the diversified aspects and has always segmented the minority groups. However, recently organizations, especially the workplace is enlightening the society with an inclusive culture.
