1) The mean number of days absent per month is 18.11
This means on an average 18 students absent per month.
2) The mode number of days absent per month is 15
3) Median number of days absent per month is 18
4) The standard deviation tells us how much the data is deviated around the mean. Here the standard deviation is 3.52 this means that the number of absence deviated around the mean absence is 3.52.
5) Percentage of absence occurs in the month of April is 9.20
6) Bar graph works best for this type of data because it gives clear view of absence of each month and also it easy to interpret and compare among different months.
