Case Study Analysis
In certain specific ways the organization identified the problems. The organization
used som
e unique techniques and took several steps to address the problems that were
eventually solved. Applying the process of an innovation survey, which included
questionnaire and interviews throughout the company, found that the core of the problem lies
with the innovative approach of the company. It was found that too many project, in the name
of innovation, were initiated by management at the same time and all the projects had long
deadlines. The projects were complicated for the employees and the management couldn’t
guess the actual degree of potential of the employees. It was also found that the outcomes of
the projects were poorly evaluated by the management. The change demand for success- and
outcome expectations on the part of project partners also was frustrating. It was also found
that the management offered too little assistance and encouragement to the employees. In this
respect it was found that bonuses were only paid for customer services and sales and not for
