Feedback Analysis
In order to develop myself at first, I have to know the perspectives of the different employees, head authorities associated with this organisation. What they think about my work will guide me to choose a distinctive path, which can be able to develop me as a manager of the Australia Post. There are employees from other languages and other cultures and they are greeted by me well. Thus, the organisation also is lacking ethnic or cultural diversity within the company. The different emails of the CEO have also stated the fact that I have some anger issues.
I am a short-tempered person, which is a very negative characteristic for the organisational environment. In the past few months, my performance appraisals are very low as well, which identifies the fact that I have less foresight about the different activities within the organisation, which is creating a huge gap in the future strategies of the organisation.
