in the suburban areas of America and other nations of the globe are consistently suffering from
the sprawl based diseases, almost causing epidemic to spread on a high rate. The video has

In terms of examining the video and its relation with the textbook content, one thing became
obvious that the routine habits do not comply with sprawl as they do not go hand in hand with
the disease causing various infirmities before the age hits them i.e. the habit of taking no walk
