Introduction
Application of strategic as well as multiple models of leadership in various organizational circumstances is deemed necessary for enhancing the retention ratio of employees in the modern context. In fact, the expansion of business and several dimensions of work keep the employees on the edges of their seats that are they need motivation and recognition both and multiple models can serve them the best.
It is also necessary to apply these models because almost every organization needs to manage the diverse workforce it has; this is the outcome of the globalization that organizations are now brimming with the employees belonging to different cultures and leadership based interventions necessitate their expectations for maximum outputs.
Interview Protocol
For examining the rationale of the selected research question, formal interviews were conducted with executive managers (HR and Operations) of two leading organizations. A prior approval was taken through emailing them about the details of the interview. The questionnaire was sent as an attachment to inform them about the process of the interview. At the same time, they were asked to participate in the interview through online mode.
The questions did not include any personal inquiry or any other kind of query that might affect their beliefs or working ethics. The questions were related to their work experience with different kind of employees and the extent, to which they were able to apply the multiple models of leadership in their business practices. Evidences were gained through their responses. The interviews were conducted as per the convenient timings offered to them.
The Performance Analysis
During the interview, the questions were asked in order, as they were provided to the interviewees prior to the date of interview. The responses were well recorded as they helped in developing the analytical part of the research questions. The participants were satisfied by the approaches of establishing positive communication during the interview such as good rapport building and affirming, if they have stated something relevant to the present course of research. The conclusive statements of the interviewees were documented with regard to have summative overview of the entire interview. The interviews ended on a positive note and with some valuable information to be used in the course of research.

For both of the interviews, the code book was developed based on the key terms applied to the course of applying multiple models of leadership to see the cumulative impacts of the models in various organizational circumstances. The codes included the following terms:...
