How Totalitarianism and WW II disrupted the fragile balance of a Western Dominated World:
In the decades of
the 1920’s and 1930’s when the western dominated world was looking at the development and rise of totalitarianism and also communist countries like Soviet and China. The same can be seen in the countries like Germany, Italy and soviet due to the rise of leaders like Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin respectively. In this type of government and political system there is immense control on the public and private life of the citizens. This form of autocracy even does not appreciate the existence of opposition parties and allow the citizens to have a say on the affairs of the state. This led to fragile economy and the people suffered a lot due to joblessness and lack of cash flow in the system. This also led to total confusion as there was disruption in democracy and the political repression and restriction on the public and private life of people also made the society to go into a shell. The rise of totalitarianism also saw the activities of religious persecution and setup of concentration camps...
