Complete the Assignment in the attached 1.3.ipynb file; all further directions are located in that file(.ipynb file) and others are just supporting files. Follow additional useful dirctions in the attached word file. All questions are answered in this one ipynb file and there is a csv file with this to import to complete work. Remember: This is a machine learning course to be completed and returned in Jupyter notebook.
