In relation to the scenario you have detailed above, identify collaboration opportunities, which wold have assisted your needs. Activity 1B Objective: To provide you with an opportunity to identify gaps in networks and collaborative practice and identify required action to fill the gap. 1. Identify and list networks that are relevant to your work role, your organisation’s priorities and target groups. Activity 2A Objective: To provide you with an opportunity to gather and review information about relevant services, organisations and key people. 1. Identify and list various resources you could utilise, to gather information about community services (Resources include websites, word of mouth and organisation information). The various resources I used to gather information about community services include the following: · Websites, such as: − industry information − organisations and networking websites · Word of mouth, including: − clients/customers − employees/colleagues − mutual acquaintances · Organisation information, e.g. pamphlets and brochures. 2. One of the resources, I would follow up is the websites as it would beneficial for building contacte and learning more about what is occurring within your industry and approach other organisation about future collaboration. Activity 2B Objective: To provide you with an opportunity to pro-actively initiate relationships with other inter and intra sectoral professionals and organisations. 1. When networking, explain how can you contribute appropriately and professionally to establish relationships in the workplace . Networking is similar to establishing relationships in the workplace, and shares many of the same principles, such as: · Building a working relationship; it will take time, trust and effort. Activity 1A
Objective: To provide you with an opportunity to evaluate the ways in which individual and organisation performance may be improved through collaboration and identify and prioritise organisation and individual needs.
1. Reflect on a scenario in the past, when collaboration would have been beneficial . Explain the situation in detail, outlining all details.
At the time of working in an organisation as the administrative officer, the performances of the organisational activities were proved as the beneficial ones. Within this process, the operational and administrative team members of the organisation performed their organisational jobs for the achievement of the same objectives and that offered beneficial factors to the company in the meeting of the marketing needs with the effective contexts. Not only that, but also the productivity of the company increased due to the presence of the collaborative workforce among the employees of the organisation.
2. In relation to the scenario you have detailed above, identify collaboration opportunities, which wold have assisted your needs.    
The presence of the collaboration among the team members of the company at the time of working as the team manager allowed me to involve developed ideas in the team performances and that also reflected through the developed workforce of the team. Therefore, the best practices of the management operations are also applied by me in terms of the establishment of collaboration in the organisation. Moreover, the demonstration of the partnership process with the every member was performed based on the opportunities of the collaboration (Forcael et al. 2020). The adoption of the organisational success through the developed performances of the employees within the team was also performed by the opportunities of the collaborative works.
