List the sources of data and information you accessed. Explain the criteria you used for determining the validity of the sources. Give examples of your 5WH questions. Include your data flow diagrams and flow charts. Step Two—Organizing the Data through Convergent Thinking. Describe how you used the principles of eliminating, changing, combining, and simplifying to organize your data. Step Three—Assessing the data through Analytical Thinking. Include the following: A value chain analysis for your organization or product. Indicate the location of your problem/opportunity in the value chain. List the key success factors for being successful in your industry (or equivalent). List additional key success factors specific to your company (if additional to industry factors).
