successful do you think the new system is?
There are four main differences: phased implementation; total reward package (raising awareness of employees benefits); input performance measures in TCP; and, moderation process. However, students should
also note the possible negative implications of those four features of the new system. For example, how
does conducting a statistical moderation affect performance assessment results, fairness? How can input
measures be SMART? Etc….
