"Compare and contrast the personal and business privacy regulations in the US, Europe, and India. Are personal rights more important that business, social, or government rights in each region? Are the regulations different for health data versus credit card data versus government data?"
Your paper may turned in to me as early as March 20, but NO LATER than March 27. The paper should be about 10 pages long including the References, but not including the title page. 1" margins, with 11 point Arial or Times Roman font.
DO NOT pack your paper with substantial blocks of copied text, tables, or images from other sources! This is supposed to be YOUR work, YOUR ideas, and showcases YOUR understanding of this InfoSec Management course.
In other words, if you wrote a paper that only detailed and proved the technical splendors of BitCoin, your best grade might only be an 80 or 85! An InfoSec Management paper would delve further into topics like: Whether and why a company should accept BitCoin as payment; what the risks are if the BitCoin data is, for example, accidentally lost or damaged; how theft might be prevented; when and how to convert BitCoin to other currencies, like USD; other forms of potential fraud and abuse; whether BitCoin value is stable, volatile, or risky.

PERSONAL AND BUSINESS PRIVACY REGULATIONS 2
Introduction
The United States, Europe, and India are the chosen country for making a detailed
analysis of the personal privacy regulation and business privacy regulation. Similarly, detailed
analysis is conducted to know the difference in the regulations
related to the government data,
credit card data and health care data in this paper.
Analysis
The United States, Europe, and India are three different regions and have similarities
and differences regarding both personal privacy regulations and business privacy regulations.
The privacy regulation laws are well proposed and governed in Europe when compared to U.S
and India. Europeans are more sensitive towards their personal privacy, and most of the time
they have thick line between their profession and personal life (Frost Brown Todd, 2007). In U.S
there is no specific regulations that govern the personal data collection and utilization.
There is more self-regulatory framework that is governing the U.S. personal privacy law.
In Europe, the European Commission proposes various data protection rules that govern the
European Union. They have proposed the new law that will be in force from 6th May 2018
aiming to provide citizens to have great control over their personal data (European Commission,
n.d.). These rules will provide significant protection to both the personal and business data in
Europe. In India contrary to Europe there is no protection for privacy in any terms, but they have
laws that provide data protection to bother personal and business data.
The personal data protection provides rights to the citizens to sue the concerned person
or department who made use of the personal information other than for the given reasons while
collecting the information. It is a common rule that is present in U.S and Europe the main
difference is that there is no clause for privacy in Indian rule that will provide higher level of
protection to the personal privacy of the individual. Various state and federal laws are governing
privacy rules in U.S., and they pay higher attention towards the privacy and not any misuse of
the personal information of the individual.
PERSONAL AND BUSINESS PRIVACY REGULATIONS 3
Among the chosen three regions Europe has the highest level of personal privacy laws,
and they pay more attention to the personal data privacy. U.S. provides an enhanced level of
protection to the personal data privacy and India is the country to have only a minimum laws
and regulations related to personal privacy data protection that is present in all the country.
Business data protection is highly valued, and it is essential for every country to pay higher
attention to them. With the evolution of technology, there is a higher demand for data protection
and security.
Europe had well-defined and governed data protection rules and regulations. Every
business and individual is expected to adhere them to avoid any legal charges against them
(European Commission, n.d.). In Europe, there is data protection and privacy for every separate
sector to enhance the overall security and privacy. It makes these departments to focus mainly
on their relevant sectors. It increases the level of governance and monitoring system and
reduces the opportunity for any data breach in Europe.
On the other hand, in the US the privacy laws are highly governed by the state when
compared to the federal. Every business has to follow the state specific laws, rules and
regulations related to the privacy. In the case of India, the laws are centralized, and there are no
such state governed rules, regulations related to the privacy. In Europe, a complaint to the
national data protection authorities will ensure that the problems are resolved. These national
data protection authorities are more protective and take serious actions against various
charges.
Article 29 is a body that always and continuously prepares various data regulations to
enhance the overall data protection. On the other hand, in U.S. American consumers have more
stringent regulations that provide higher level of protection to the individuals. The Federal Trade...
