The use of proper spelling, grammar and presentation has become important in contemporary business communications due to the increasing use of written communication methods than that of oral communication that was used in earlier generations. As mentioned by Wu and Law (2017), use of proper spelling at the time of business communication reduces the risk of identity authentication, generates a sense of prioritization to each and every employee at the workplace and creates a perfectionist organizational attitude in front of the clients and customers.
In case of the proper use of grammar, as assessed by Azuka (2018), at the time of communicating with employees and external stakeholders, makes the approach professional in format, tends to reduce confusion as the right message is conveyed increases the reputation of the company through proper use of language and lastly helps in proper business advertising as proper grammar usage improves the communication with customers more comprehensible and effective.
The use of presentation incorporates the use of oral and written contents of communication. As mentioned by Zummo (2018), as presentations are used for conveying organizational goals, idea about the status of the organization in the market and organizational changes, it is important that presentations are framed and presented in the right format. Proper presentation makes the presented topic visually attractive and mentally engrossing, therefore, forwarding of incorrect data or format could lead to the development of wrong perception and weak communication between the upper and lower level of employees. A proper presentation uplifts the confidence level of the employees as well as the management which eventually turn out to be the reason for improved communication and collaboration at workplace.

The advertisement poster highlights the aspect of road raged car accidents with a man punching another man, which signified the resemblance of violence of nature.
