Hi Marcus,


Thank you for your post! You discussed how the United States infrastructure is unable to keep up with today's society as it is densely populated and fast-paced. In addition to that, COVID-19 has delayed has drastically changed the infrastructure of the United States and has caused uncertainty and chaos. Cultural diffusion is an important topic of culture change mechanism as it helps adapt quickly to expected and unexpected change. In addition, it also creates greater opportunities for jobs and domestic and international relations. What advice would you have for organizations who are focusing on cultural diffusion so they can adjust and adapt to the current COVID-19 pandemic?

Firstly, thank you for your appreciation about the work on culture. It is evident that organizational culture is coherently related to the structure of the organization and reflects the values, sociology and psychology of the organization. The stakeholders and the people within the organization eventually develop and maintain similar customs beliefs and attitudes which are cohesive to the organizational culture.
A change from the organizational perspective that I have introduced in the recent times was upgrading the business of the organization by changing the entire distribution system in order to meet the demand of the consumers. This was brought about by implementation of technological aspects in order to carry out the distribution of goods more efficiently. Earlier manual methods were used which slowed down the distributional aspect of the organization. However, this change in the organization caused a concern about the roles and functions of the distributors.
